How it works

- Download. Check the preview first: table detection is good on clean tables and rougher on ragged ones.

The work happens in this page, in your browser. Your file is never uploaded, stored, or seen by us. Open your browser's network tab while you use the tool: nothing is sent. Details in the privacy policy.
Worked example
Input: A bank statement PDF with a transactions table on pages 2 to 4.
Output: A workbook with sheets Page 1 to Page 4; the transactions rows land in columns for date, description, and amount, with amounts as numbers.
Questions people ask
It says no text layer found. Why?
Your PDF is a scan: a picture of a page, not text. Reading it needs OCR, which we do not run yet because it would need a server or a large download. We would rather say so than hand you an empty spreadsheet.
Is my PDF uploaded?
No. The text is read by code in this page (pdf.js, the same engine Firefox uses). Nothing leaves your machine.
Why are some columns merged or split?
Tables in PDFs have no real structure, only positioned text. We group text by row and column position, which works well for regular tables and less well for wrapped cells. Open the CSV and fix a column if one is off.
What does it cost?

How do I cancel a plan?

Does it handle password-protected PDFs?
Not yet. Remove the password first.
